Report on significant server issues

We had some very serious bugs with Time Doctor over the weekend which caused the following problems that affected around 100 users (although only 6 reported they noticed the issues before they were fixed).

Some users were unable to log in to Time Doctor.

More seriously some users received or had access to some data not related to their user login.

This was a very serious security violation for the people that had these problems. The reason for this was related to a session handling issue with our api.
We treat these issues very seriously and I’m not sure what to say other than that we have failed you at this time, and we’re doing our best to prevent anything like this happening in future.
